Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
